OF USAGE, SHIPPING, AND CONTACT INFO
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and Paypal, or Fax/mail order/money order for your convenience. In our web store's best interest, We no longer accept Amex and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. SHIPPING POLICY & CHARGES: Currently we are offering Free Shipping for orders over $75.00 shipped to addresses inside the continental USA, free shipping time approx. 7-10 days (some orders may take longer depending on availability). Sorry no free shipping for International, Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska orders at this time. For orders under $75.00 and all international orders, shipping charges may increase due to the size/weight of order and will be automatically charged to your credit card upon shipping date as a separate shipping charge from your product order. Depending on weight, Extremely Oversized orders do not qualify for free shipping. INTERNATIONAL: All International orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to purchase the order. If you need to make special arrangements for shipping to an international address other than the credit card billing address, you will need to phone in your order or email your request, and the charge will have to be pre-authorized by the credit card company, plus a signature and 1 form of valid ID must be faxed to us for signature verification. All International Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS international. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges other than our shopping cart calculates (may display 0.00 since we charge the shipping charge to your credit card upon shipping the package) depending on country to be shipped to. Once you have submitted your international order, you have agreed to these terms, and the additional charge will be calculated and charged to your credit card accordingly. SPECIAL RUSH ORDER & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: If you order a non-USA order "or" indicate that you need your clothing or shoes/boots on a certain date, by selecting "Rush Order", through the shopping cart, the cart will not charge you for the additional shipping, as noted above we will charge you a separate shipping charge when your order is shipped out to you. If you have indicated that you need your shoes/boots by a certain date or selected "Rush Order" we will phone you to confirm a type of shipping method that will best fit your needs. A rush order fee of $10.00 is a processing fee that we charge when you select rush order and does not apply towards your shipping cost. We give no guarantees on Shipping, only assure you that we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can. NOTICE: Due to the recent increase in fraudulent credit card use for internet purchases, we will no longer ship orders to shipping address other than the billing address associated with the credit card used to purchase the order. If you have the need to have your order shipped to an alternate address other than the card holder billing address, please call your order in 505-352-7188 and pay with a money order, or purchase your order with your credit card through our secure shopping cart system online and then fax in card holder signature and copy of valid drivers license or valid state ID to verify card holder signature, our fax # 505-831-2227. This new policy is for your protection. As a credit card holder, you will understand that we are trying to protect you from having large charges fraudulently processed through your card. Our extra security method protects you from such usage. The easiest and safest way to purchase over the internet is through a secure shopping cart system that use a payment gateway, such as we do, Authorizenet.com, and always have your products shipped to your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Sales Tax/Customs and Duties Sales Tax FINELEATHERPRODUCTS.COM is located in New Mexico. Pursuant to New Mexico State Corporate Law we are required to collect 7% sales tax for all orders from customers who reside in New Mexico. Customs/Duties Be aware that your country may impose a duty or tax in order for you to receive your goods. Customs and Duties are based upon the legal statues of the country you reside in. Please be aware of these possible charges and make yourself familiar with them before placing an order. We will email you a confirmation before charging your credit card for these fees. For all packages we ship outside of the United States we are required to fill a customs form which indicates the contents of your package. We mark all items as clothing for the exact value of the goods purchase. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at contact@fineleatherproducts.com ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, for cancellation to be accepted. All cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. RETURN POLICY: Most Products will be accepted for return or exchange, provided the item has not been damaged, worn, or altered. You have up to 10 days from the date you receive your order for a return to be accepted by TheSexyMall.com, SexyShoesandBoots.com, SexyThongBottoms.com, SexyUSASwimwear.com, FineLeatherProducts.com, SkinTightFashions.com, SexyShoppingMallontheweb.com. You must call and arrange to send your item back by obtaining an R/A # from us before sending your item back! You must send a copy of the receipt with R/A number written on it with all returned items! Any item returned after 10 days WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Any Lingerie, Stockings, Swimsuit bottom, or panty, thong, or G-string cannot be accepted for return or exchange due to lingerie return laws. Please be sure you have selected the proper size for these items. ALL Leather and Patent Leather items may only be exchanged or returned if the item is damaged. No size exchange for leather items. Please be sure you have selected the proper size for these items. Any items sent back without a return authorization number will only be extended a purchase price credit towards your next order. If a refund is insisted upon a return sent back without an R/A number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from the purchase price before refund is extended. Upon receipt of the acceptable returned item for refund, you will receive a credit to your credit card or issued a check if you paid by check or money order for the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee of the item you returned. You will not receive a refund for gift-wrapping or shipping or handling charges that were incurred as part of your order. If you are exchanging an item for a new size or color, new shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card. All returns must include a printed copy of your email confirmation receipt you received when you purchased the item, with your R/A # written clearly on it. No returns will be accepted for single products under $25.00. EXCHANGE POLICY: If you want to exchange an item or items for a different item, you may do so within 10 days of purchase under these terms; 1. Your exchange must be equal or greater value (thus paying additional charge). Plus you will be required to pay all additional shipping charges. 2. If you exchange items from one store for items from another store, (such as, return shoes to sexyshoesandboots.com and get a bathing suit instead from sexythongbottoms.com) you will be required to pay the 25% restocking fee for the item/s you are returning, and you will be issued a credit towards the items you wish to exchange for. 3. If there is any credit left (limit $10 and under), it will be refunded to your credit card. Notice: Sale item products are non-returnable other than for exchange of new size. In order to return an item, please abide by the following simple instructions. 1. Call us at 505-352-7188 to arrange the return and obtain an R/A # for the return. 2.Carefully package the items you want to return with a copy of your original printed copy of your email confirmation receipt, write your R/A # on this receipt, and all tags and original product packaging, for shoes or boots sole insert and shoe box must accompany. 2. All products, no exceptions, must be returned in cardboard box or new shipping envelope, not the original used shipping envelope. For example, exchange the item for a different size, or give a refund to the credit card. Please email us for address to return the item to: Contact@FineLeatherProducts.com Please return the item via US Insured (Tracking#) Mail. Please have the package insured so that you have proof of mailing in the event that your item was lost in the mail, you have proof, otherwise you are responsible for the complete loss of goods. You do need prior authorization or approval to return an item, just follow our instructions. Exchanges follow same requirements as above.
